From vine to wine: Youngblood Vineyard brings wine country to Macomb County

Youngblood Vineyard is inviting the community to participate in its annual grape harvest on Saturday, September 15 from 8 a.m. to noon. The event will mark the Harvestvineyard’s first commercial harvest and participants can come for the whole day, a few hours or just to stop by and observe. All ages are welcome and tools/harvest gear will be provided. The first 20 volunteers on the day of harvest will receive a gift certificate for a free tasting at the grand opening – so grab a friend and join in the fun! For more information, visit the Facebook event here. Please make sure to indicate your attendance on that page as lunch will be provided on the day of the harvest. And of course, come back to Youngblood Vineyard in the spring for the grand opening and to taste the fruits of your labor!
